Toolbox: Internal Franchisee Shop
Primo was subcontracted by The Kiln to program an online shop for Bridgestone Franchisee's to order all the equipment they need to run the shop including promotional items, business cards, stationary, store fitouts etc.
The online shop was coded from the ground up using AJAX, Php and MySQL to create a modern online shop that allows Franchisee's to quickly and easily order the items required. A large amount of reporting was included as well as regular automatic updates to and from the warehouse to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Contract Management System for the (Federal Government) Department of Families, Housing, and Community Services and Indigenous Affairs
This project allows the Executives to manage staffing levels and reporting requirements for Indigenous Community Programs.
Currently the system is tracking compliance tasks for over 440 contracts across over 160 sites across the state for over 40 staff.
The software generates a yearly calendar showing tasks (including offsite tasks) for each staff member. This display provides the Management Information to assist in managing staff levels for any of the contracts.
Strata Information System
Primo has coded an online Strata Information system so that Strata users can log on at any time and view the details about the properties they own.
It provides information like: Admin Fund Balance, Sinking Fund Balance, Insurance Claims and results, Outstand Rent, Noticeboard for Strata and more.
While there are other companies that have a similiar tool, the Best Strata tool is the most advanced of its kind in South Australia.
Property Display System
Like many Real Estate agents, Walsh Real Estate advertise their properties on various popular Real Estate websites.
The property list is uploaded by internal software to these websites to display websites in a standard format.
Primo wrote code to take this file format and convert it to something that can be used on the Walsh Real Estate website. Unfortunately the file format is not the most elegant way of transmitting data so a seemingly simple project was complicated by lots of special cases.
Primo worked with Walsh Real Estate to get these bugs fixed as soon as possible. We also implemented some work arounds to handle other companies non-standard ways of dealing with this file.
